Refund policy

3. Missing Parts or Manufacturing Defect

If a product arrives with missing parts or a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned after the 3-day return period

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
